Earlier on 25 July 2021, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya had come to Meerut. Even at that time, during the meeting at the Circuit House, he had given 380 projects worth 1203 crores. This time also 79 works of Meerut division were laid and inaugurated at a cost of Rs 107 crore, 29 lakh 66 thousand.
Sandeep Kumar, Chief Engineer, Public Works Department said that 12 works worth Rs 277.25 lakh in Meerut, 16 works worth Rs 326.12 lakh in Baghpat, 30 works for 595.28 lakh in Bulandshahr, seven works in Hapur worth Rs 154.72 lakh and Bridge Corporation in Meerut area. Under the foundation stone of one work worth Rs 8318.90 lakh, 13 works worth Rs 1057.39 lakh of Bulandshahr were inaugurated. On Wednesday, preparations continued in the Circuit House regarding the program of the Deputy Chief Minister.
